Theology of the Body Class
Coming in October to St. Mary’s Church in West Haven, will be Theology of the Body: The Spirituality of Becoming One. Friday, October 7 from 6:30 pm - 9:00 pm and Saturday, October 8 from 8:30 am - 1:30 pm. All are invited to attend a 2-day workshop of education and inspiration learning about Pope John Paul II’s beautiful teaching, Theology of the Body. This presentation will show how the story of our Scriptures, the Liturgy of the Mass and the story written into our own bodies all point to the same purpose of BECOMING ONE. This is an opportunity to learn what Theology of the Body is, what it means and how we can bless our families with this knowledge. This workshop is for teachers, ministry leaders, DRE’s, catechists, interested parents and youth leaders. The presenter is, Father Rick Sherman, pastor of Saint Elizabeth Parish in Richfield and surrounding missions.
